To ensure you get the right label for your return, we just need to know a bit about what you’re returning and why. Please ensure you package your return securely and that the parcel falls within the dimensions provided in the next step to avoid parcels being rejected at the Post Office or Royal Mail depot. We process all returns within 3 working days of receiving them.
