FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RETURN YOUR ORDER WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT:
Please print your label, attach it to the front of your parcel and send it via the Post Office or present your QR code if you do not have access to a printer.
Please remember to obtain proof of postage receipt and ensure that you enclose your completed ‘Returns Note’ inside your parcel. This can be found inside your parcel or downloaded from your order confirmation email. If you do not have access to a printer these details can simply be written down on a piece of paper and placed in the parcel, please include your name and order number.
For exchanges, please write down on the note inside which item and size (if applicable) you would like to exchange for.
