Create your returns label for PURIMA
Welcome to PURIMA Tracked Returns Service provided By Royal Mail
Before creating the returns label please contact us first (https://www.purima.co.uk/pages/contact-us), if you have already contacted us and we have forwarded you onto this service, then please continue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any goods returned, where we have not been notified of a problem within 14 days of delivery. We can’t accept returns of open/broken seal or perishable/d items.
Please also enclose a brief note with your order number, name and address on, explaining the reason for return and whether an exchange or a refund is required.
Please note a fee, for using this service, of £5.00 per Parcel will be deducted from the refund of your returned item, unless agreed with us prior and if the return falls within the damaged, wrong or faulty item return reason.
If you are required to pay for return shipping, then this service is optional, and if you can find a cheaper tracked alternative, then please do so. The fee for this service is competitive for tracked parcels 2kg-20kg when compared to other parcel couriers.
The customer is fully liable for the parcel until it has been safely delivered to us.
Refunds & Exchanges can take up to 10 working days to process from date of us receiving the return back.
If a replacement is urgent, it would be quicker to place a new order online first, whilst returning the existing item marked for a refund.
