Create your returns label for Westmorland Sheepskins

Ah, sorry things didn’t quite work out. Not to worry though, follow these simple steps and we will get your return booked in and dealt with. Once received, we will be able to refund or exchange things for you.

To help us give you the right label for your item, we just need to know a bit more about what you're returning and why. For most items you won't need to worry about its size and weight, but to avoid the Post Office refusing your return, we need to double check a few things in the next few steps.

Please note that;

• any unwanted items must be returned in resaleable condition, with original packaging and labels, undamaged and unused

• Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase (please see our website for any extended return periods at Christmas)

• Please include your original paperwork showing your order number.
