Full returns policy below:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Any returns sent back after 14 days the customer will receive a credit note for the amount of their order
• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• Items must have all tags attached.
Once you have processed your return in the portal, you’ll be emailed a shipping label or QR code to print or scan at your chosen drop-off point. Securely package your items then its ready to post it off! Make sure to keep your proof of postage!
Keep an eye on your return tracking. You'll get an email once we receive your returned item. You’ll receive your refund in up to 7 working days from the day it reaches us.
