Returning your approval order
We will accept the return of approval orders if they are within 21 days of their original invoice date. Before returning your order please contact the office (01395 488188 or returns@tomatoglassesuk.com) to obtain a Returns Authorisation number (RAN).
If you try to make a return without a RAN or are outside our 21 days we will be unable to process your return. We aim to process your return within 28 days of having received the returned items.
