IMPORTANT.
• Returns are free if initiated within 14 days from receipt of the product. A 10% re-stocking fee applies to late returns. Returns initiated after 30 days from purchase will not be accepted.
• The shoes need to be in perfect condition and with all elements of packaging to avoid deductions.
• Follow the detailed instructions provided by Royal Mail on how to safely ship back your package.
• Drop off the parcel at your local Royal Mail post office or arrange a collection for a small fee payable directly to Royal Mail.
EXCHANGES.
• If you have selected to exchange your product for another size or style our customer care team will contact you shortly to confirm stock availability and create a replacement order.
• If you haven't selected to exchange but still wish to, just get in touch with care@untamedstreet.com and our customer care team will be happy to help.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
• You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange has been processed by our warehouse team.
• You can track your parcel online using the Royal Mail Track and Trace service.
• UK returns made using the Royal Mail Freepost label may take 3-4 working days to be delivered to us.
• Returns are usually processed by our warehouse within 3-5 working days, this can extend to 7-10 working days during busy periods.
• Your unwanted items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please retain your proof of postage.
