If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with any tags, packaging & hygiene labels intact.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in original condition. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour. 

Please note we are unable to refund hosiery/tights that have been opened and tried on.

We aim to process your return and refund you within 7 days of receipt.

You will need your order number and email address to generate your Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour return label.

Please note that returns cost £2.50, this amount will be deducted from the total refund, to cover your returns postage. (This excludes faulty goods and any instance where Love Shapewear are at fault, in which case your returns postage will be fully refunded.)
