Create your returns label for Amber Charm
To return your order please print & attach your Royal Mail free post label to the front of your parcel.
• Please ensure it’s packaged up securely with all original tags, packaging and original order number inside and take it to a Post Office.
• No printer? No problem. Show the Royal Mail team your email label or QR code & they will take care of the rest
• You will need to retain your post office receipt as proof of return to cover you in the unfortunate event of any loss in the return process. We cannot be held responsible in the event of loss if you cannot provide proof of postage.
• You can track your parcel online using the Royal Mail Track and Trace service.
• UK returns made using the Royal Mail freepost label may take 3-4 working days to be delivered to us.
• Returns are usually processed within 3-5 working days from the delivery date, this extends to 1-2 weeks during busy sale periods.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange is processed.
Unfortunately due to the nature of some of the listings, none of the personalised or custom-made jewellery can be returned. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed only if the jewellery will be in a re-sellable condition (no chips, scratches, perfume smell or broken bits). Products that have been modified by another 3rd party jeweller or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds.
