In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your Items, you must return them to us in the condition in which you received them, without undue delay. We will confirm receipt of returned Items to you in writing by email and will provide you with an exchange or a full refund within 28 days of the date on which we receive the returned Items from you. We will issue any refunds to you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If you used vouchers to pay for the Items, we may refund you in vouchers and if the item was a gift, we may issue a credit note to you. Unless the Items are faulty, not as described, or made to order, delivery costs will not be refunded.
