Create your returns label for Babymel
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but understand that sometimes things aren’t quite perfect, which is why Babymel is now offering free returns for all our UK customers via Royal Mail.
It is easy to do! After filling in the returns form included in your package, scroll down this page and complete the following steps to generate your free return label. Once you have created your label, please clearly attach it to the outside of your package and drop it off at your local post office.
Don’t worry if you do not have access to a printer, as you will be emailed a QR code, which you can show to the Royal Mail team at your post office who will print this label for you.
Make sure to retain your receipt as proof of your return.
Please note, returns may take 5 working days to reach us, or more during busy periods. You will receive email confirmation from us as soon as we have received and processed your return, whether that be a refund or an exchange.
