RETURNS POLICY

Bedtime Flirt offers a refund or exchange on lingerie and accessories (excluding items further below).

We unfortunately cannot accept returns which do not meet requirements set out as follows:
• All items returned must be unworn and in perfect condition, without marks, makeup, fake tan, glitter, lotions, perfume.
• Any seals attached to the product packaging must remain unbroken or damaged.
• The items must be returned in a re-saleable condition (as above with original packaging, tags and labels attached).
• For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any cosmetics, adult toys, hosiery, nipple covers/pasties, self-adhesive bras or bodystockings unless they are faulty.
• Gift cards and boxes are non-returnable & cannot be refunded.
