Create your returns label for McConnell Shoes
Follow the steps below to create your prepaid returns label. Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition (with their box) within 14 days of delivery. Please do not write on, tape or glue anything to the shoe box itself.
1. Complete the returns form and enclose it, together with your returned items, inside your parcel. Goods cannot be returned without this information.
2. Fill out your details below.
3. Print off the pre-paid Royal Mail label and attach it to the outside of your parcel. Alternatively show the QR code at the Post Office counter & they will print the label for you.
4. Drop off your item at a Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point and keep your proof of postage receipt.
Exchanges - To make your exchange process as smooth as possible and to avoid your desired item being sold out, we advise placing a new order if you want a different colour or size. You can then return the original item(s) for a refund.
When we receive the item, our returns department confirms that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. Returns are usually processed within 3-5 working days, this may extend to 2-3 weeks during busy sale periods.
