Create your returns label for SW Trading

Please fill in the details required on this Tracked Returns Portal. This will then generate a returns label for you to attach to the returns parcel. Then simply take the parcel to your local Post Office. Please ensure your item(s) are securely packed and properly labelled. If you are returning footwear, please DO NOT attach the label or any sticky tape directly to the footwear box. YOUR RETURN MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED WITH A DAMAGED SHOE BOX. The cost of returning the item(s) to us is £3.00. You will not have to pay this fee at the Post Office to return the parcel but £3.00 will be deducted from the amount we refund to you, (Unless your item is faulty, in which case you will not be charged for the return.) THIS SERVICE IS FOR UK CUSTOMERS ONLY.
