We do our best to ensure all of our customers have a happy shopping experience with Fit & Fly Sportswear however if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. If this time has passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To submit a return request, please ensure the following:
• items must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it;
• items must be in the original packaging with original tags attached;
• returns must be sent in one shipment

Please note returns are charged at £3.65, this will be deducted from the total refund amount.
