Thank you for using our returns service. We will process refunds and/ or replacements where applicable within 3 working days of receipt. You will receive email confirmation from us once processed. Please note goods must be returned in original condition and packaged securely, then taken to your nearest post office. Be sure to make a note of your tracking number and request a receipt in exchange for your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for returned items damaged in transit.
