Returning your Prevayl Product

Thank you for choosing Prevayl. If you have been directed here by a member of our customer service team and have a return authorisation number, please continue with the return as directed.
If you haven’t received a return authorisation number from our team, please contact us here

1. To begin the return process please select “Box/Bag” below.
2. Enter your return authorisation number (you will have received this from our customer team when you told us about your return)
3. Complete “Your details” and click “Create label”
4. You’ll receive an email from Royal Mail with a QR code which will give you plenty of options to get your parcel back to us. Don’t worry if you don’t have a printer, you can take the email to the post office and they’ll print the label for you.
Once we have received your return, we aim to process your refund/exchange within 3-5 working days.
