Create your returns label for Cotopaxi UK
Sorry you’re having to return your item but don’t worry, we’ve got this covered and it’s on us.
1. Add your order reference number and the product code of the item you’re returning.
2. Fill in your details and don’t forget to let us know why you’re sending it back.
3. Print off the pre-paid Royal Mail label and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring the original despatch label is covered.
4. Take your parcel to any Post Office where you will be given a receipt. Please retain this until we have sent you an email confirming that your refund has been processed.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process from date of posting so bear with us, we’ll aim to be as speedy as possible.
