Hi there and thank you for choosing to use the Testermans Royal Mail Return Portal.

Please note that all returns will be inspected before any refund is granted. Any returned items that are damaged, show signs or wear/tear and/or usage maybe denied a refund.

Please make sure orders are returned in their original manufacturer's packaging and that the following are checked and included
• Instruction Manuals
• Manufacturers Calibration Certificates
• Accessories
• Batteries

If any of the above is missing from a returned item this may delay the refund process or halt it entirely.

Please note that any personalized calibrations purchased with test equipment cannot be refunded.
