Thank you for setting up your return to us. Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure your exchange or refund is processed without delay.

1. Pack all items CAREFULLY in original protective wrapping.

We will NOT exchange or refund items that are damaged, screwed up or have been worn, used or washed.

2. Include your packing (or a handwritten) note with your order number and name. No note, no refund.

3. Include any free gifts. Free items kept will be charged for.

Please Note - We do not refund original shipping costs. We do cover the cost of exchanges being sent out.

You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when a refund or exchange is issued. Refunds usually take around 5 working days to reach your original payment method after the it has been processed.
