Create your returns label for RUKA
We’re so sad to hear that your order was not as expected. We take quality control and product development very seriously at RUKA because we know what it’s like to receive hair products and services that miss the mark, so we really do share in your disappointment.
How to request your return
Please complete the form on the next page to generate a prepaid returns label. You’ll need your order confirmation number, which can be found in the subject line and top right hand corner of your original order confirmation email, ‘RH-XXXX’. Please make sure to share an accurate reason for your return – we’ll use this to keep improving our products and service in the future!
Once you’ve generated the label, please put the hair extensions back in the original packaging, including your invoice and other materials. Then, attach the label to your parcel and take it to any Royal Mail service provider. Please keep hold of your proof of postage just in case!
Once we receive your return and confirm that it is as we expected, we will trigger your refund. More details on how long this process takes and our return policy can be found here.
