• To return your order please print & attach your Royal Mail free post label to the front of your parcel by following the steps below:
• Please ensure it’s packaged securely and take it to a Customer Service Point, Post Office, Parcel Postbox or arrange a Collection.

• You will need to retain your post office receipt as proof of return.

• Returns are usually processed within 3-5 working days, this extends to 2-3 weeks during busy periods.
