Create your returns label for Railway Model Store
To make your return, please print and attach your Royal Mail free post label to the front of your parcel. If you do not have a printer, no problem, just show the Post Office team your email label and they will take care of this.
Ensure everything is packaged securely and make sure to put back the packing slip that came with the box (no problem if you do not have it). After that is all done, simply leave your return parcel with your nearest post office.
Be sure to request a receipt in exchange for your parcel as proof of postage and a record of your tracking number.
We will receive and inspect your parcel within 3-5 days, after which you will be contacted by our returns department.
