Create your returns label for OB CONCIERGE

Would it be possible to add the following:
- If you’ve changed your mind or the item wasn’t quite right, send us back your items in their original condition within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund. (This could be in the area where order number is added)
Next steps:
• Complete the Return Form from your order booklet and include it in the box with the items you are returning. Returns received without Return Form instructions will be processed for a refund. Misplaced your Return Form? Print and mark your order confirmation email or you can get a blank return form by clicking here.
• Print & attach your Royal Mail return label to the front of your parcel.
• Please ensure you have securely sealed shut the package and take it to your nearest post office.
• No printer? No problem. Show the post office team your email label & they will take care of the rest.
• Please retain a copy of the proof of postage until you have received your refund or exchange.
• Your return will take 3-4 working days to be delivered to us.
• Returns will be processed within 2-3 working days; this extends during busy sale periods.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange is processed.
