Create your returns label for Wool Blanket Online
Welcome to Wool Blanket Online Tracked Returns service.
You can use this Royal Mail website to generate a returns label - please note a fee of £3.00 will be deducted from the refund of your returned item.
If you are returning an item because it is faulty in some way, then of course there would be no deduction for the return label.
Goods must be returned within 90 days of purchase.
Goods must be in new, unused and original condition and packaged securely and include a copy of your invoice/delivery note for identification.
To generate a pre-paid returns label, please fill in your details.
You can then print your pre-paid label and attach to your parcel and take to your local Post Office, or book a collection from Royal Mail.
No printer? No problem. Take your parcel to the Post Office, show your email with the label from Royal Mail or QR code & they will print it for you.
They’ll give you a receipt with tracking, so please keep hold of this as proof of posting, until your return has been processed.
All returns will be processed within 7 working days of receipt, and we will send you an email to confirm your refund or exchange.
