•To return your order simply print & attach your Royal Mail pre-paid label to the front of your package.
• Please ensure it’s packaged up securely and take it to your nearest post office.
• You will need to retain your post office receipt as proof of return.
• Please note that Royal Mail may take 3-4 working days to deliver to us.
• You can track your parcel online using the Royal Mail Track and Trace service.
• Returns/exchanges are normally processed within 3-5 working days of receipt but this can take slightly longer during busier periods, and once applied, any refunds may take several days to show on your account statement.
