Create your returns label for ZORAIDA LONDON LTD

Items can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days from the date of receipt. Returned items will receive a full refund as long as they are in original condition and packaging. Returns cannot be accepted for earrings due to hygiene reasons.

We aim to process refunds within 1-2 days, however please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation from us once your request has been processed.

Please attach your label to the front of your parcel or take the QR code with you on your mobile phone for the post office to scan if you do not have a printer - ensure it’s packaged securely and take it to your nearest post office.
