Items must be received by us within 14 days of your refund or exchange request. Any items returned to us outside of these 14 days may not qualify for a refund or an exchange. Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have all tags attached and intact. Refunds will not be given if either the product itself or the original packaging is damaged or marked so please ensure you use outer packaging and do not write on the actual product box. Once items are received, refunds and exchanges are processed within 48 hours. We will email you to confirm that a refund has been processed or be in touch if there are any issues.
