This Returns service is for Widex UK Hearing Care Professionals only.
Please include and fully complete the Widex UK returns form with your package, this can be downloaded from here. Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your return.
Please read before proceeding
If you are returning Widex SmartRIC hearing aids, a Portable/Travel Charger with an internal battery (must be returned WITH hearing aids), TV DEX, COM-DEX, COM-DEX Remote Microphone, Sound Assist, Pro Link or Remote Link - please print and affix a ‘Lithium Battery Mark’ to your packaging.
If damage to a Lithium-ion battery is visible (e.g. leaking, venting, hot to touch, or is suspected to be faulty), you must not return it to Widex, as damaged batteries must not be shipped. Please record the serial number of the device, take a photo of the damage, e-mail it to orders.uk@widexsound.com and then await further instruction based upon the response.
