Create your returns label for Goldstar Leisure
1) Scroll Down and follow the instructions to generate your postage label, filling in the appropriate information as you go.
• 2) Package up your item for return and include the sticky label with a note requesting either your exchange or refund required.
• 3) Ensure that the item cannot be damaged in transit and has all its original packaging in a resealable condition.
If necessary any boxes can be wrapped in a plastic bag. PLEASE DO NOT Stick labels or tape to any of the items packaging or boxes.
• 4) Attach the return shipping label securely to the outside of the packaging.
• 5) Take your parcel to the Post Office where you will be issued a receipt containing your tracking number. Please keep this until your items has been exchanged or refunded.
• Once we have received your product exchanges will be processed as below:
• - If the item is in stock at our warehouse we will endeavour to get the item shipped the same day or within 1 working day.
• - If the item is out of stock at our warehouse then we will order the item in and this we expect to arrive with us within 1 to 2 working days.
• - If in the unlikely event our supplier does not have the item, we will contact you directly with further information.
• - Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days.
