Thank-you for purchasing with Tokyo Laundry. You are welcome to return any item that is in its original and resalable condition for refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please include your completed returns form with order number, items being returned, reason for returning and whether you require a refund or exchange. If you do not have a returns form please contact our customer services at customerservices@tokyolaundry.
*Please note that these returns labels are only for customers that have purchased from the official Tokyo Laundry webstore www.tokyolaundry.com, if you have purchased a Tokyo Laundry product from another retailer please contact that retailer directly about returns. Also our pre-paid Royal Mail returns labels are subject to a fee of £2.99. This is pre-paid for your convenience, so you can just print your label and drop your parcel off. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
