Items can be returned up to 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund as long as they are in their original condition and complete with all packaging including tags etc. We aim to process your refund within 3 days of receipt of the returned goods, as long as they meet the above conditions, and you will receive an email from us once your request has been processed.

Please make sure that prior to posting you have contacted us and obtained a returns reference, as failure to do so will delay or invalidate any refund payment.
