• Please do not return any helmets, shoulder pads or items worth over £100 via this service.
• Any oversize or excess charges will be passed onto the customer.
• To return your order please print & attach your Royal Mail free post label to the front of your parcel.
• Please ensure it is packaged up securely, you have enclosed your returns form and take it to your nearest post office.
• No printer? No problem. Show the Royal Mail team your email label & they will take care of the rest
• You will need to retain your post office receipt as proof of return.
• UK returns made using the Royal Mail freepost label may take 3-4 working days to be delivered to us.
• You can track your parcel online using the Royal Mail Track and Trace service.
