Within 24 hours of receiving your return we will email you confirming receipt. We process returns within 5 working days so you will receive another email once your item has either been re-dispatched or a refund has been processed.
The goods remain your responsibility until they arrive to us. We ask that you ensure the parcel is wrapped securely to avoid any damage in transit which could affect your refund/replacement and take it to your nearest post office. Be sure to make a note of your tracking number and request a receipt in exchange for your parcel.
If you are returning an item that is part of a bundle and you have requested a replacement, we do not require the accessories to be returned. Please return the faulty product only.
