Create your returns label for Enviroli

To help us give you the right label for your return, we need to know more about what you're returning and why. For most returns you won't need to worry about its size and weight, but to avoid the Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Post Office refusing your return we need to double check.

Please return products in their original packaging and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the products are returned to us used, opened or not in their original packaging. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy

We’ve highlighted some important information to help make a return as easy as possible.

• To return your order please print and attach your Royal Mail prepaid returns label to the front of your parcel.
• No printer? That’s not a problem! Show a Royal Mail or Post Office member of staff your email and they will take care of the rest.
• Please ensure it’s packaged securely and take it to your nearest Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Post Office.
• You will need to retain your receipt as proof of return.
• Returns may take 2 to 3 working days to be delivered to us.
• You can track your return online using the Royal Mail Track and Trace service.
• We aim to process returns within 1 working day once we receive your return, but this may extend during busy sales periods.
• You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS once your return has been processed.
