We do hope you will be delighted with your order. However, in the event that you would like to return anything we offer a returns policy up to 28 days from the delivery date of the goods. The returned products must be new, unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct a percentage of the original selling price from the refund, if the product has not been returned in a fully resalable condition. This includes the manufacturers box, please do not write on this or it will be unsuitable for resale.
Delivery charges are non-refundable except where goods are faulty or incorrectly sent, the price of which will be deducted from your refund. In the unfortunate event of goods arriving damaged and/or faulty, please contact us immediately. We aim to process all refunds within 10 days. However, during busy times, this might take slightly longer.
Personalised products and products made to order are not refundable.
If you are returning a larger item delivered to you by courier please contact us to arrange a collection of the goods.
