Refunds
Once an item has been received back after cancellation of the order, you will normally be reimbursed within 3 working days and at the latest within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the goods or proof of having sent the goods back.

If goods are received back in a condition that is not new and resaleable or they have been handled in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function, we will deduct a suitable amount from the value of the item before refunding.

Faulty Goods
If your goods become faulty within thirty days of delivery, we will offer you a replacement or a refund. However, we will first require you to return the faulty item to us in its original packing using our free prepaid label or by courier. If goods develop a faulty after thirty days but still under the warranty period we will arrange to have them repaired or replaced.
