Create your returns label for Cadet Direct Ltd & Survival Aids

Please note that only pre-authorised returns may use this service. Use of this service without authorisation will mean that the cost of the service will be deducted from any refund due to you.

To return your item; please include a note with the return or complete the rear of your original invoice with your instructions , then ensuring that the package is securely wrapped, print and attach your Royal Mail free post label to the front of your parcel and take it to your nearest post office.

Alternatively the QR code can be scanned at the post office and a label generated at the Post Office counter. Do not return items by affixing a label directly to the unwrapped item, it must be wrapped. Please obtain a proof of posting/receipt in exchange for your parcel as a record of your returns tracking number.

A deduction will be made from any refund for items returned through this service that are not faulty, were not supplied incorrectly, or were not fit for resale in their original condition. By using this service, you agree to these terms.
