Any unwanted items must be returned complete and in a re-sellable condition, including packaging. For queries regarding faulty or damaged items, please contact us at sales@fredaldous.co.uk before requesting a return.

Create a returns label by following the options below. Either print and affix it to your parcel, or, if you do not have access to a printer, a QR code will be emailed which you can show on your phone at any post office.

Please enclose your order number and the reason for the return in the parcel. We will process your return as soon as it arrives with us, this may take 2-5 days.
