Create your returns label for Luxe Volition

Items can be returned within 14-working days of receiving your order.

Please place your products back in their original packaging, include the Returns Slip and attach the returns label to the outside of the packaging.

If you use our returns label, please note that a flat rate of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund, as a handling charge per order. Please make sure you keep a hold of your proof of postage, until you have received confirmation from us that we have safely received your parcel.

Please note that items, such as jewellery, tights, makeup and underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. We have the right to refuse any parcels which have been returned to us that contain these items. Please find our Returns Policy on our website for further information.
