Please note, we can only accept exchanges or returns within 14 days of the original order shipment date. Items sent back to us after this window will not be accepted or processed for an exchange or refund and will not be returned. If you would like to return or exchange an item within 14 days of the shipment date, please follow the steps below, fill in the relevant details and attach the generated label to the front of your parcel. Please ensure the item and original packaging is in the condition in which it was received. Once your package has arrived back at Lilliput & Felix, it will be processed as soon as possible. We’ll send you an email to let you know when your refund or exchange is on its way.
