- Returning your phone to us.
- For support on preparing and packaging your phone for return to us, follow these instructions:
- • **Remember** you must remove Find My iPhone, remove any Activation Lock and Sign Out of iCloud for us to process your return.

- • You should include original packaging (if cooling off) and it is your responsibility to ensure the package is secure.
- How to package my iPhone for return
- Once your item is ready to return, please use this site to arrange and print your returns label. You will then need to drop your return off at your nearest Royal Mail Post Office. You can find the one nearest to you here.
- • You are returning at your own risk and the prepaid packaging we have provided insures your phone for up to £100. If you think you need more, we'd recommend that you use Special Delivery provided by Royal Mail.
- •Please remember to keep your receipt as proof of return.

• When your return arrives back with us, we'll inspect the iPhone. If we think it may have been damaged in the post, we'll email you with info on how to raise a claim with Royal Mail and send the phone back to you.
