Create your returns label for Leisureshopdirect Ltd
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your return efficiently:
• You will find a returns slip in with your package, please fill it out giving the reason for the return.
• If you do not have the original delivery slip, please send us a note detailing the reason for return. This note must include your billing address or order number, which you can find in ‘Your Account’ on the website.
• Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories.
• We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return - this may take up to three weeks.
• We would recommend sending this from the Post Office and obtain “proof of postage” for your records as we can only refund items that we receive back and will not take responsibility for any items lost in the post.

Even though the postage is free you are still responsible for the parcel until it is received back by us. The free returns service is only available to mainland customers only.
