Thank you for using our Royal Mail returns service. If you wish to return Goods to us, you must do so within 14 days of taking delivery and telling us why you wish to return the Goods. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns of any Goods which have been opened. Any Goods which are returned having been opened or unsealed, unless faulty, will not be eligible for any refund or exchange. Once we have your items, please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your refund/exchange.
