Create your returns label for Liz Earle Beauty Company
We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with any item purchased through our Customer Centre or lizearle.com they can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Products purchased in store can be returned back to the store, with proof of purchase within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, simply follow these steps:
1. Pack up the item(s) that you want to send back, (please do include a covering note should you wish to share any additional feedback regarding your return).
2. Complete the form below.
3. Print off the pre-paid Royal Mail label and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring the original despatch label is covered.
4. Drop the package off at your nearest Post Office.
Please then allow approximately 10 working days for us to process your return and action your refund or exchange.
5. Don’t worry if you don’t have a printer – you will be emailed a QR code (barcode) to your mobile that you can take to either a Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point (CSP). They will then scan the QR code, and print the label, which you can then attach to your parcel and drop off while you’re there.
