"Our returns policy is 14 days.
Any items returned outside of this period will be credited to your online Lemonade account and can be used at any time with no expiration date.
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused and in their original condition, in the original packaging.
Please follow the instructions on the Royal Mail page to download a Returns Label, and drop your return off at your most convenient post office.
Please ensure you keep hold of the receipt the post office gives you as you will need this as proof of postage.
Please note you will be charged £3.99 if you choose to use this service. Should you opt for a refund, the amount refunded will be for the product/s you are returning, minus the cost of our pre-paid label.
The original delivery charge and return postage charge will not be refunded.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your returns to be processed."
