Create your returns label for Oliver Sweeney

We have a history of happy online customers, but if you'd like to return any item to us for any reason, it should be done within 28 days or 14 days if it's a sale item.

You do not need to contact us before returning your item, just fill in the returns/exchanges form on the back of your order summary and return this, along with your goods, using your Royal Mail Tracked label. Attach the Royal Mail label to the front of the parcel and ensure it's packed securely, your parcel can then be taken along to any Royal Mail Post Office. Please make sure you ask for a proof of posting receipt and retain this as it includes your return tracking number.

We aim to process returns and exchanges within 72 hours of receipt, though this may vary during busy periods. We kindly request that you allow 10 working days to receive your replacement item or for refunds to reach your account. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your return has been processed.
