Create your returns label for Desmond & Dempsey

To return your order, please first complete the returns form that came with your parcel. Then fill out the details below and attach your Royal Mail label to the front of your parcel. Please ensure it’s packaged up securely and take it to your nearest Post Office. Be sure to request proof of postage in exchange for your parcel and keep a record of your returns tracking number. We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 72 hours of receipt, however, this may vary during busy periods and post-sale events. You will receive an email confirmation from us once your request has been completed. Please note, if the returns form is not filled out we won't be able to identify your order which may delay the processing of your return/exchange.
