At 1stMX we pride ourselves on our customer service.

You can return any item to us within 30 days of receipt for any reason and get a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. The products must be in brand new, unused condition, with all the tags and packaging. Please ensure that all goods are wrapped safely and securely in either a box, strong carrier bag, brown paper etc and that no labels are applied directly to the original manufacturers boxes/bags.

Please also enclose a brief note with your name and address on, explaining the reason for return and whether an exchange or a refund is required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any goods where we have not been notified of a problem within 30 days.
