Create your returns label for Burnt Soul
We hope you love your Burnt Soul purchase to bits but if it's not quite right you can simply return the item/s to us.
The returns window is 28 days from receipt for full price items and 14 days for sale pieces.
Returning your item/s for an exchange or credit note is free of charge however, If you require a refund, a £3 charge will be deducted from your final amount to cover the returns postage.
Please note custom and altered items are non-returnable.
REFUNDS
We process all refunds between 1-3 working days from receiving the item/s. If you've not had a notification or update from us after 3 working days from the expected return delivery date, please check your tracking and email returns@burntsoul.com to confirm whether we have received the return.
EXCHANGES
We will cover the cost of sending an alternative size out should you want to exchange your item. In the event that we don't have your exchange request in stock we will contact you for further instruction.
